We will promptly arrange for the reverse pickup of the damaged item and ensure that a replacement is dispatched to you without any additional cost. Your effort to provide this proof is invaluable in helping us ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
If the return is not due to product damage or receiving a different product, a return shipping charge of Rs.180 (subject to change based on parcel size) will be deducted from your refund amount which will be provided after inspection of the recieved item.
